AQUATERRA · AMALFI RESIDENCES
Aquaterra is a large-scale residential development located in Paraguay, conceived as an integrated environment where architecture, landscape, and water come together to create a unique living experience. Within this masterplan lies Amalfi, a group of residential complexes strategically arranged around a striking Crystal Lagoon, which becomes the visual and social heart of the project.
The design features low- and mid-rise buildings with privileged waterfront views, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and generous open spaces that enhance a resort-style lifestyle. The crystal-clear lagoon acts not only as a central landscape element but also as an active space that redefines the way residents live, offering an experience comparable to world-class vacation destinations.
The 3D visualization developed by PICS 3D STUDIO was focused on conveying the project’s scale, the strong relationship between architecture and the natural environment, and the bright, relaxed atmosphere that defines Aquaterra. Each image was crafted with a hyper-realistic approach, carefully detailing materials, lighting, and landscape to communicate the project’s value from both an emotional and commercial perspective.
