ARTEMIO – Asunción, Paraguay
Located just half a block from Shopping del Sol, Artemio rises in one of the most established and vibrant areas of the city. The project proposes a contemporary, calm, and elegant architectural approach, where warm materials, integrated greenery, and carefully balanced proportions shape a high-end residential experience.
Every space was designed to enhance quality of life: façades with depth and rhythm, green balconies that connect with the urban landscape, amenities conceived for relaxation, and common areas that combine design, comfort, and functionality. From the rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and open city views to the bright, thoughtfully curated interiors, Artemio conveys a sense of urban well-being and understated sophistication.
The development was led by Consorcio Casatua, while the architectural visualization was fully produced by PICS 3D Studio, focusing on realism, atmosphere, and spatial storytelling to communicate the essence of the project long before it is built.
Artemio brings together a strategic location, contemporary design, and a strong visual identity—setting a new residential standard in Asunción.
