Town Houses – Asuncion - Paraguay
Town Houses is a residential development that forms part of Los Pingos, located just a few kilometers from the center of Asunción. Developed by Altius, the project proposes a contemporary way of living that combines architecture, nature, and quality of life.
The town houses feature a clean, modern architectural language, defined by simple volumes, natural materials, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Wood finishes, earthy tones, and integrated greenery create a warm, timeless identity throughout the project.
Each unit was designed to provide comfort and functionality, offering generous interior spaces, abundant natural light, private outdoor areas, covered terraces, and spaces that encourage outdoor living. The overall scale and layout of the development foster a calm residential atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
The 3D visualization of the project was developed by PICS 3D Studio, supporting the communication of the architectural concept through detailed, realistic imagery that conveys materials, scale, and spatial quality.
