La Tercera is a residential gated community located in Canning, Buenos Aires Province, conceived as a master plan that blends landscape, water, and architecture to create a high-quality living environment.
The urban layout is organized around central lagoons that structure the development and enhance long views, strengthening the relationship between nature and residential areas. Green spaces, open circulation, and shared amenities promote an outdoor-oriented lifestyle and a strong sense of community.
The 3D visualization developed by PICS 3D Studio was designed as a strategic tool to communicate the project before construction, focusing on atmosphere, scale, and the experience of living in this new residential development.
